SMS / Text Messaging Terms

1. Program description

When you provide your mobile number to a business that uses Scaleify Reviews (for example, after a completed service), you may receive SMS text messages from that business, sent through the Scaleify Reviews platform operated by Scaleify LLC, requesting a review of your experience and related service or account notifications. This is the "Scaleify Reviews messaging program."

2. Message types

Messages include review requests and service-related notifications. We do not send unrelated marketing through this program.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the participating business. You may typically receive 1–4 messages per service interaction.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Scaleify Reviews does not charge you for the messages.

5. How we obtain your consent

You are enrolled only after you provide express written opt-in consent — for example, by checking an SMS-consent checkbox or otherwise agreeing to receive texts at the point your number is collected. Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of any purchase. Consent is obtained by the participating client business and recorded on our platform.

6. Opt-out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will stop sending messages from that program. To rejoin, opt in again or reply START.

7. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@scaleify.reviews. Replying HELP returns the program name and our customer-care contact information.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers (mobile network operators) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

Your mobile information and SMS opt-in/consent data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
