• Business / account information from our client businesses (name, business name, email, phone, billing details).
• End-customer contact information that our client businesses provide so we can send messages on their behalf — typically a customer's name and mobile phone number, and sometimes an email address.
• Messaging and consent data — opt-in/opt-out records, message delivery status, and replies (such as STOP or HELP).
• Website and usage data — basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected when you visit our website.

How We Use Information

• To provide our services — including sending review-request and service-related text messages on behalf of our client businesses to those businesses' own customers.
• To process opt-outs and honor STOP/HELP requests.
• To operate, support, secure, and improve our platform.
• To communicate with our client businesses about their account.

SMS / Text Messaging

As part of providing our review-request service, Scaleify LLC ("Scaleify Reviews") and the client businesses that use our platform collect mobile phone numbers in order to send SMS text messages — for example, review requests sent on a client's behalf to that client's own past customers. We use mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent records solely to deliver and support these messaging programs.

We may share mobile information only with service providers that help us deliver the messaging service (such as our telecommunications and SMS platform providers and the mobile carriers), and only to the extent necessary to transmit the messages you have consented to receive. These providers are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Opt-out records are retained as needed to honor opt-outs. Client businesses may request deletion of their data, subject to applicable law.

Your Rights & Choices

• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• End-customers should also contact the business they did business with, who controls their data.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
